I’ve written a short tutorial - a Digital Download PDF File - with simple step by step instructions to help you create a cloud decoration. This download also comes with a cloud template. There are no videos or photos with this tutorial, it's simple step by step instructions. 

There is some technical sewing knowledge required for this tutorial, and a basic sewing machine, but the making process is quite simple, once you've been shown how.
